Processing Time
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 24 hours after we receive them.

- Please note that during busy periods these shipping times may be increased, check in with your courier to see if there are any delays.
- Please note that the prices and timelines visible in our Checkout page are the most recent rates.
- All orders are shipped with a tracked service. A tracking number will be delivered to your email inbox once your order is dispatched.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped out Monday.
- The shipping times apply once your order has been processed, which usually takes 1-2 business days.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
When placing your order, please make sure you specify the correct shipping address, as Gasper.co takes no responsibility for parcels that have been sent to the wrong address.
TRACKING
As soon as your order has been despatched from our warehouses, you will be notified via email and SMS. This will provide you with your courier tracking link. It may take up to 1-3 days for the courier to update it's tracking with relative information on the whereabouts of your order not including weekends or holidays.

Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (wrong or incomplete delivery address).
